Why Hello everyone!
I'm a week and one day in!
Just so everyone knows I am doing calorie counting and currently am setting my daily goal to 2500.
Yes its a lot but its hard to eat less than that per day.
So anyway on Tuesday I was waiting for Sylvia and I went to the river rock casino.
I was just walking around and I figured I would play a game or two.
So I put down $20 bucks on the Rulette table playing the outside I looked at the previous spins and all 4 had been red so I figured the odds where with black. I also put $5 bucks on 19-36 and it came up black 23 I think Score! I lost the next time and then I won again and I was up to $60 bucks so I decided to quit wile I was ahead.
Anyway Final met Sylvia told her about my winning ways and she wanted to go out for dinner of course with my money that I won. So unfortunately we went to Sabusan the Korean BBQ all you can eat place.
Not the best place you can go on a diet.
So that was my main cheat. plus a bit of DQ afterwards and during the day at work one of my coworkers brought in DQ dilly bars as well.
How I'm loosing weight I have no idea ;)
Currently sitting at 351 so after a week that's a 4 pound loss :)

5 days in my god am I hungry
Hello everyone!
5 days into this diet and my total weight was 352!
Good loss so far.
The diet that my girlfriend and me are on is so complicated its so hard to count calories.
1. how much butter was used
2. how much oil was used
3. how many calories the food actually was.
going out for food makes this difficult to calculate
and how do you know if the calories from the oil and butter are in what your eating
its so annoying.
So anyway the first few days were really bad cheats all the way though Friday was Indian food the family took us out for dinner as they are leaving for cuba and i'm sure that stuff isn't calorie friendly.
Thursday we started well but the food we cooked was no good and we had to throw it out nasty frozen meat and I over salted the yam fries. So of course we ended up having pizza that night.
I want to go on the Atkins diet as I have been on it before but sylvia thinks I will get a heart attack and need a coronary bypass. Her diet is just so complicated compared to Atkins. With Atkins I know exactly what I can and cannot eat and the best part is I can eat as much of those things as I want.
But I promised Sylvia I would try her diet and I have lost some weight even with the cheats so will continue to see how this goes.

Time for DoubleDevin to loose some weight!
Hello my name is Devin and I'm about double the size I want to be. So that's why I have nicknamed myself DoubleDevin.
It's not a very flattering nickname but it fits!
This is my first week of weight loss so we are staring right from the beginning.
A few things you should know
I'm 28 Currently 355 pounds Goal weight is 200 pounds.
I'm mainly just doing this blog to keep on top of my self its not really for anyone to really view but if you do find this blog cheer me on!
I intend to add some pictures soon!
